We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Retail Administrator to support our busy hospice retail operation. This is a rewarding role where your excellent customer service and administrative skills will help generate vital income to support hospice care. As the first point of contact for many of our supporters, you will play an important role in ensuring donors receive a professional and welcoming experience while helping our retail team operate efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answer incoming telephone calls from members of the public wishing to donate furniture and other items.
- Arrange and schedule furniture collection appointments for our retail team.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, volunteers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.
- Support the Retail Management Team with a range of administrative duties.
- Undertake other administrative duties appropriate to the role.
