We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising sales and profitability through effective management of our online platforms, ensuring all donated goods are presented and sold to their full potential. You will lead, recruit, and develop a motivated team of volunteers within the E-commerce department, creating a positive and efficient working environment. Working closely with the Retail team, you will identify suitable stock for online sale, optimise listings with high-quality descriptions and imagery, and implement scalable dispatch processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce management, volunteer or team leadership, and online sales platforms. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in balancing multiple priorities while delivering strong financial results.
