The Springfield Group are looking for experienced Bricklayers to join our busy Construction team on either a direct employment or sub-contract basis. We have a number of exciting new developments getting underway across Aberdeenshire, with occasional work required on developments in Moray. These are long-term contracts, giving you the chance to be part of a team that delivers quality homes every day.
As a directly employed Bricklayer, you will be working on a target-based pay structure that offers excellent earning potential. You will also be entitled to a range of employee benefits such as private healthcare, a contributory pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and free gym membership.
As a sub-contractor, you will have the flexibility to work on named projects at agreed rates, for agreed durations delivering high-quality brickwork on our developments while enjoying the autonomy that comes with running your own workload.
