Job Description
The Springfield Group are looking to recruit qualified Tapers to join our busy construction team. These full-time positions will work across our developments in Moray and the Highlands.
About the role
The successful candidates will play key roles in delivering high quality homes in line with our construction programmes and NHBC standards by covering all aspects of taping duties. You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, and Fridays 8.00am to 3.30pm.
Your pay will be based on price work, and you will be entitled to other employee benefits including private healthcare and a free gym membership.
About you
· Have suitable industry experience or be qualified to SCQF Level 5 or equivalent.
· Have previous experience working on new build properties.
· Detail-oriented, a strong team player, able to work collaboratively with the wider construction team to meet project \\t\\t deadlines, and quality standards.
· A CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
