The Springfield Group are recruiting for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our busy team in Larbert on a permanent basis.

About the role This is an excellent opportunity to work as a key member of the Sales team, helping to coordinate and keep record of the sales journey from start to finish.

This full-time position is based in our Larbert office and the working hours are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The role will involve providing sales administrative support across all brands within the Springfield Group.

The role will include

  • Completing weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Liaising with estate agents in relation to our assisted move and part exchange processes.
  • Liaising with construction on the progress of build and paperwork requirements to progress settlement.
  • Updating and overseeing the in-house customer portal system.
  • Completing transaction reports to aid solicitors with legal completions.
  • Updating the sales system with all sales paperwork and recording required information to progress sales.

About you The successful candidate will

  • Be educated to SCQF level 5 or have relevant administration skills and experience.
  • Have previous experience or knowledge of working in a sales environment, although not essential.
  • Provide a high-level administrative service to the sales department, covering a range of duties and day to day processes, including preparation of the weekly sales report and inputting of sales data into the system.
  • Be able to complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated, work proactively and to deadlines.
  • Possess excellent all-round IT and administrative skills, with experience and confidence in using Microsoft 365, including Excel.
  • Communicate effectively and in a professional manner when dealing with queries raised internally and externally.
  • Be flexible and a team player.
