Tulloch Homes (part of The Springfield Group) currently has a vacancy for a Labourer to work as part of our construction team within Inverness and the Highland area initially on our Newtonmore development.
Reporting to the Site Manager, it is the responsibility of the Labourer to maintain the construction site, in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines and the construction programme. You will be expected to:
- Assist with site preparation and clearance.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials ensuring they are distributed as required.
- Erect and dismantle barriers and temporary fencing as required.
- Traffic and pedestrian management.
- Ensure ongoing site housekeeping throughout the day, leaving the site presentable at close of day.
- All other day to day responsibilities relating to on site activities.
