The Springfield Group are looking for qualified Joiners to join our busy Construction team across our developments in Moray and the Highlands.

We are interested in hearing from experienced joiners looking for employment and genuinely self-employed joiners interested in subcontract opportunities.

About the Role
\n
\n
The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality homes in line with our construction programmes and NHBC standards by covering all aspects of joinery duties.
\n
\n
Employees will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8.00am to 3. 30pm.You will be entitled to employee benefits including; private healthcare, a contributory pension scheme, cycle scheme and free gym membership.

About You
\n
\n
- \n
- Qualified and/or experienced Joiner.
- Previous experience within a construction or housebuilding environment.
- Good knowledge of first and second fix joinery.
- Ability to read drawings and work accurately to specifications.
- High standard of workmanship.
- Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
- Reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a wider site team.
- Good communication skills and a positive approach to working with colleagues and other trades.
