The Springfield Group are looking for a qualified Taper to join our site construction teams on new-build developments across Moray and the Highlands.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high quality homes in line with our construction programmes and NHBC standards by covering all aspects of taping duties. Your pay will be based on price work with competitive targets. You will also be entitled to a range of employee benefits including private healthcare, a contributory pension scheme, cycle scheme and a free gym membership.
About You
- Have suitable industry experience or be qualified to SCQF Level 5 or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented, a strong team player, able to work collaboratively with the wider construction team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Previous experience on new build properties is preferred but not essential.
- A CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
