We are recruiting for a highly motivated Site Manager to join our busy construction site management team and help deliver continued growth across The Springfield Group.
This is a full-time position.
About the Role Reporting to our Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Springfield product is constructed in a safe and diligent manner, to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
You will do this by managing and co-ordinating site labour, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers.
You will also promote a pro-active health, safety and environmental culture, highlighting areas for continual improvement.
About You The successful candidate will: Have experience as a Site Manager, working to an established build programme, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
Have a sound knowledge of housebuilding, construction processes and relevant legislation.
Be committed to delivering high quality homes and an excellent customer experience.
Have excellent communication skills and be confident building positive relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors and other stakeholders.
Hold a full UK driving license, as travel to our various sites/offices will be required.
