The Springfield Group are recruiting skilled and experienced joiners to join our busy Construction team. These full-time positions will work across our developments in Moray and the Highlands.
About the Role
The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality homes throughout the construction process. This includes completing finishing works, carrying out snagging and repairs before handover, and supporting any post-handover snagging or remedial work in occupied homes. You will help ensure every property meets our quality standards and is fully ready for our customers to move in and feel at home. You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8.00am to 3.30pm.

The ideal candidates will be:
- A qualified and experienced joiner, confident across a range of joinery tasks.
- Committed to high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Able to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing site requirements and post-handover work.
- A CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
