The Springfield Group are looking for a skilled and experienced Joiner to join our site construction teams on new-build developments across Moray and the Highlands.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high quality homes throughout the construction process. This includes completing finishing works, carrying out snagging and repairs before handover, and supporting any post-handover snagging or remedial work in occupied homes. You will help ensure every property meets our quality standards and is fully ready for our customers to move in and feel at home.
You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8.00am to 3.30pm. You will be entitled to employee benefits including private healthcare, a contributory pension scheme, cycle scheme and free gym membership.

- A qualified and experienced joiner, confident across a range of joinery tasks.
- Committed to high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Able to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing site requirements and post-handover work.
- A CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
