The Springfield Group are looking for experienced Groundworkers to join our site construction teams on new-build developments across Moray and the Highlands.
About the Role
The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality homes throughout the construction process. This includes:
- Preparing sites, setting up safety barriers, and marking out work areas.
- Mixing, pouring and compacting concrete for foundations, floors and beams.
- Digging and preparing trenches for foundations and drainage.
- Laying drainage pipes, manholes, pavements, kerbs, and road resurfacing.
- Operating hand tools and plant (excavators, dumpers, rollers).
- Fence construction and installation.

About You
The ideal candidates will be:
- Preferably have previous experience on construction sites.
- Be physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
