The hospital has 43 individual patient rooms all with en suite facilities and offers a wide range of treatments and services.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision, training and development of Housekeeping team
- Oversee night and weekend staff
- Staff rostering, induction and PDRs and absence management
- Conduct training sessions with the housekeeping team to include COSHH, Isolation/MRSA cleaning, Equipment handling, Health & Safety
- Undertake hospital cleanliness audits with department leads and implement any actions with the team
- Ability to multi-task
- Overseeing and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment as required
