Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical outcomes in a ward setting
• Contribute to a patient‑centred environment with a focus on compassionate care
• Support the Ramsay Academy to develop skills and knowledge
• Engage with the hospital’s safety culture and the Speaking Up for Safety programme

Qualifications and requirements

• Current NMC registration
• Previous experience working within a surgical ward
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
• Flexible and positive attitude
• A warm, considerate and empathetic character
