Where you’ll be based: The Ramsay Duchy Hospital, Truro, Cornwall.

Responsibilities:

  • Role in the Theatre department as an Orthopaedic Scrub practitioner.
  • Work with the surgical team to support orthopaedic procedures and ensure high standards of patient care and safety in the scrub role.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment and maintain evidenced-based practice.

What You’ll Bring With You:

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics including but not limited to hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty and anterior cruciate ligaments.
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character.
