About the Role
Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people's lives? Join our team as a Care Coordinator! As a Care Coordinator you'll act as line manager to Care Assistants within your area, ensuring that their rotas are effectively coordinated and any changes are communicated effectively. You will support their employment journey by scheduling training for new and existing employees, conducting probationary reviews, completing regular supervision discussions, and managing annual leave requests. You will also deal with visit scheduling queries from customers and family members. This role is based in our Newcastle Branch working on the South Tyneside rotas. Opportunities to do on-call within the Team at an extra rate.
