We are looking to recruit a Community Supervisor to join our team. This job role will be based in Newcastle Office covering the South Tyneside area. Your key responsibility will be ensuring that great quality care is being delivered in the community.

You will be managing customer quality and care in your area ensuring that the initial assessments, care plans, reviews and other quality assurance tools are implemented, monitored, and kept up to date. You will also be completing regular competency checks, observations and spot checks ensuring high quality care is being delivered by the carers.

Level 3 in Health and Social care is essential, previous supervisory/leadership experience would be desirable.

Hours - Full time 9am to 5pm plus on call on a rotational basis.
