As Registered Service Coordinator, you’ll be working closely with, and supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day management and performance of the scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Being the primary point of contact at the scheme for all customers and carers.
- Management of staffing related issues including absence, sickness, performance, supervisions/appraisals.
- Rostering of carers to ensure adequate cover and continuity of care.
- Supporting in maintaining the Keystone quality management systems.
Qualifications:
With a strong background in delivering quality care services and having experience in a Team Leading / Senior care role, you’ll have a good working knowledge and clear understanding of CQC standards and legislation. Candidates must be willing to undergo the registration process with CQC. You’ll be a confident communicator, able to work well under pressure and have excellent people management skills.
