We are looking to recruit a Community Supervisor to join our team, where your key responsibility will be ensuring that great quality care is being delivered in the community by our care workers. You will be responsible for managing customer quality and care in your area ensuring that the initial assessments, care plans, reviews and other quality assurance tools are implemented, monitored, and kept up to date.

You will also be supporting carers to work through their induction programme, together with completing regular competency checks and spot checks.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential)
  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience (desirable)
  • Experience providing care: 1 year (required)
  • Supervisory experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (required)
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
