We have a new opportunity for a Sales Invoicing / Finance Assistant to join the Team at our Head Office location in Garforth.

Daily tasks to include:

  • Sales Invoicing using Excel methods to produce high value and detailed invoices
  • Generating sales invoices for various Funders
  • Taking card payments from Customers over the telephone
  • Administration involved with Direct Debit Payments from Customers
  • Analysis of data using Excel
  • Using Sage Accounts to Maintain Trade Debtor Records and cash matching of receipts to sales invoices

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, and work to a high level of accuracy, along with a good working knowledge of Excel.
