Our housekeeping assistants play a key role in providing our residents with an environment that's clean and attractive. You’ll help us deliver the highest quality person‑centred care and work closely as part of a team. We expect you to constantly look for ways to improve. You will ensure a warm, friendly environment where residents come first while maintaining the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness in line with infection control guidelines. You will act in a professional manner towards residents, visitors, and staff, at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the care home.
  • Follow infection control guidelines in all cleaning activities.
  • Provide a warm and friendly atmosphere for residents, visitors and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support overall care standards.
