We're looking for individuals to work with a friendly and supportive team to ensure the smooth running of the out of hours service. This does involve being part of a hub supporting branches across the region.
This will include:
- Answering the phones
- Effectively monitoring the system to ensure all visits are attended
- Effectively covering care calls when absence affects the service
- Ensuring quality and consistent care is provided to customers
- Adhering to the policies and procedures of the business
