Overview
Being a community carer is such a rewarding role! There is no better feeling than getting up for the day knowing you are making a real difference to peopleβs lives, helping them to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
Our amazing care teams support children, young adults, and older people at home and in the local community. Depending on the needs of the customers, you might be helping prepare meals, assisting with personal care, washing and dressing, supporting social activities, school pick ups/drop offs, helping with light housework or supporting with taking medication.

Responsibilities
- Help prepare meals
- Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, and grooming)
- Support with medication administration as directed
- Provide social and recreational support and assist with participating in activities
- Assist with light housework and maintaining a safe, clean home environment
- Support with school pick ups/drop offs when required
- Support customers to live independently in their own homes
Benefits
