Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate your care team and other staff in all aspects of the day‑to‑day home activities
  • Lead by example, setting the pace and the standard

About You

You are an inspiring and motivating leader who strives to set and maintain high standards. You are qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or you are currently working towards the qualification. You work on your own initiative to manage problems and have the confidence to challenge and raise issues. You are meticulous when it comes to updating paperwork – in terms of resident records. Naturally, you're a caring person, and the kind who notices the little things that make a big difference to other people.
