What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining quality and ensuring excellent care delivery by: Completing initial customer assessments and regular care reviews Developing and maintaining person-centred care plans Monitoring service quality, compliance, and care standards Carrying out quality assurance checks and audits Supporting and mentoring new care workers through induction Conducting competency assessments and spot checks Providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to care staff What We're Looking For Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification Previous experience within a care setting Supervisory or leadership experience (desirable) Excellent communication and organisational skills A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care Why Join Springfield Healthcare?
