We have been in the care business for a long while, with over 50 years of experience working in Leeds, Yorkshire and the North East. We are rated GOOD by CQC across all our home care services, in all domains, which demonstrates our passion for delivering the highest quality care and support for people living in their own homes.

Following a successful tender win with Leeds City Council, under the Community Health and Well-being Service (CHWS) contract, we are looking for dedicated, kind, compassionate care professionals who are passionate about supporting and caring for people so they can continue to live at home, and in promoting their independence, wellbeing and community inclusion.

Working as part of the dedicated CHWS care teams in West Leeds (Armley, Bramley, Wortley), you will be supporting individuals with their personalised care plan, with a real focus on outcomes and identifying what matters to them!

In addition to the day-to-day care and support needs of individuals, you will have a good understanding of the local and accessible resources available so you can signpost to services that can support with health and wellbeing needs, encourage building relationships with family, friends, and local community services. We would look to you to take the lead in liaising with health professionals including District Nurses, GP, and Occupational Therapists.
