We are looking to recruit a Community Care Supervisor to join our team. Your key responsibility will be ensuring that great quality care is being delivered in the community by our care workers. You will be responsible for managing customer quality and care in your area ensuring that the initial assessments, care plans, reviews and other quality assurance tools are implemented, monitored, and kept up to date.
You will also be supporting carers to work through their induction programme, together with completing regular competency checks, spot checks and observations. Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential, together with a real passion for high quality care. Previous supervisory/leadership experience would be desirable.
Working pattern: week 1 - 7am to 10.30pm 3 days per week; week 2 - 7am to 10.30pm 4 days per week includes weekends.
