We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Care Assistant to join an organisation making a real difference in people’s lives.
Bank shift workers required
We\’re looking for committed, reliable and experienced care and support workers to join our expanding Home Independence and Crisis Support Service (HICSS).
You’ll be supporting customers being discharged from hospital and returning home by ensuring the right care and support is provided during this period of transition including completing assessments, crisis interventions and emergency response, personal care, medication, supporting with use of daily living/rehabilitation aids.
Applicants must have a full driving license and access to own vehicle as you will be expected to work across all areas of South Tyneside.
