About the Role
This is a very rewarding role within a fantastic care team based from our South Tyneside office in Jarrow. This role is community based alongside some office work, therefore applicants should have use of their own vehicle during shifts. As a Care Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring care plans, reviews and other care compliance documents are regularly updated or reviewed and adhere to company policy and procedure. You will deal with care queries from customers and family members as well as liaising with professionals from other organisations. You will be responsible for ensuring employees complete their induction programme as well as supporting them in the field by completing competency checks, spot checks and ensuring all compliance documentation is up to date. You may also be involved in providing feedback to employees through appraisals and supervision discussions. There are also on-call opportunities which are fully supported. On-call is paid as an extra and is not included in the salary of this role.
