Responsibilities- You will be supporting individuals with a wide range of additional needs, learning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health to live happy, fulfilled lives as independently as possible.
- Developing warm and trusting relationships with clients.
- Encourage and support clients to engage in social activities with friends and family, help with attending appointments and accessing the local community, support clients to go on holiday, & days out, attend local activity groups, college and work placements.
- Providing emotional support.
- Some may want help with cooking, shopping and help in the home.
- Flexible contracts – full, part time or bank hours.
