We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our growing clinical team as a Clinical Case Manager for our Hull location. In this pivotal role, you will oversee complex care packages delivered in clients' own homes ensuring outstanding standards of care and full regulatory compliance.
You will provide expert clinical leadership, training, and support to our dedicated care teams. We would love to hear from you if you have a current NMC registration (RGN/RMN), experience in complex care including ventilation, tracheostomy, PEG feeding, and neurological conditions, and a passion for coaching others and sharing your clinical know-how!
