We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our growing clinical team as a Clinical Case Manager for our Hull location. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee complex care packages delivered in clients’ own homes ensuring outstanding standards of care and full regulatory compliance. You’ll provide expert clinical leadership, training, and support to our dedicated care teams.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- a current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
- experience in complex care — including ventilation, tracheostomy, PEG feeding, and neurological conditions
