Tulloch Homes (part of The Springfield Group) currently has a vacancy for a Labourer to work as part of our construction team within Inverness and the Highland area.
Reporting to the Site Manager, it is the responsibility of the Labourer to maintain the construction site, in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines and the construction programme. You will be expected to:
- Assist with site preparation and clearance.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials ensuring they are distributed as required.
- Erect and dismantle barriers and temporary fencing as required.
- Traffic and pedestrian management.
- Maintain housekeeping on site throughout the day ensuring the site is clean at the end of the day.
- All other day to day responsibilities relating to on site activities.
The successful candidates will:
- Hold a valid CSCS card.
- Preferably have experience working on a new build housing site.
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team delivering projects to completion.
- Be committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment and compliance with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
