We are recruiting for an exciting new role for a confident, enthusiastic communicator to join our team to help share the stories behind our homes, strengthen community connections, and help continuously improve the customer experience.
Key responsibilities:- Write engaging content for our intranet, LinkedIn, website blogs and customer testimonials.
- Coordinate sponsorship and donations requests, ensuring maximum community impact.
- Plan and host site visits for a range of stakeholders, creating informative and welcoming experiences.
- Support community engagement through public consultations and seasonal events.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and produce regular reports across the Group.
- Facilitate our formal complaints process and liaise with the New Homes Ombudsman Service.
- Track and report on website performance, working with digital agencies to enhance online presence.
- Confident and engaging, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- An excellent written and verbal communicator, able to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing a varied workload.
- Digitally savvy, with a working knowledge of social media, basic photography and digital content tools.
- Self-motivated and eager to help us find new ways to connect with customers and employees.
- A strong team player who can also work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Ideally, you will hold a degree/equivalent SCQF level 9 in a relevant discipline, with 2–3 years of work experience - either after or alongside study.
This position will be based in Inverness or Elgin, with occasional travel across Scotland and to our Larbert office. Due to the nature of the role and the locations involved, a full UK driving licence is essential.
