About the Role
Provide effective administrative and operational support to the Journals Permissions Manager and the wider Journals Permissions team, helping ensure permissions requests are handled promptly, accurately and with a strong customer focus.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Journals Permissions team.
- Provide ad hoc team support coordinating room bookings, organising conference calls, taking minutes and managing incoming post with clear, professional communication.
- Monitor the shared permissions inbox and process or respond to incoming requests.
- Handle RightsLink tickets and issue licences in line with agreed processes and guidance.
- Support the Permissions Executive with reporting, maintaining schedules, payment processing and raising invoices.
- Work with rights colleagues to contribute to systems and process projects or working groups as required.
- Maintain accurate records and follow agreed workflows, escalating complex or sensitive matters appropriately.
