Purpose of the role
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing a high volume of customer interactions across Europe. Engaging with diverse customers, exceed sales targets, and gain insights into various industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a high volume of transactional business and customer interactions, including inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring each customer receives personalised and efficient service.
- Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing options of job posting packages on Nature Careers to potential clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the unique needs and requirements of customers from different industries and locations across Europe.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM tools.
- Provide prompt and insightful responses to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
- Manage existing accounts as well as new business development.
- Regularly meet and liaise with clients and agencies to discuss and identify advertising requirements within Europe.
- Help cover Nature Careers and effectively communicate its value proposition.
- May be required to cover transactional sales for the BDJ Portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor\βs degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Skills/knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of customers.
- Proven ability to handle high call/email volume while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the job recruitment industry and a genuine interest in staying informed about market trends.
- Fluency in European Languages would be a bonus.
Experience
- Previous experience in transactional sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using digital tools for customer engagement.
