MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent dental practice located in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex to recruit a Private Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details

  • Available as soon as possible with notice periods taken into consideration.
  • Part-time opportunity, flexible days / hours of work.
  • Surgery space Monday to Friday 9 am-5.30 pm with a 60-minute lunch.
  • General Dentist required on a self-employed basis.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Mixed Private / NHS role. Practice profile 40/60 NHS/Private.
  • 50% private fee split.
  • Huge scope for Private treatments with high demand for Invisalign, Whitening, Implants, and Smile Design.
  • 2000-3000+ UDAs available depending on number of days worked.
  • Up to £16.00 per UDA.
  • Dentist will be managing an existing list of NHS, Practice Plan, and Fee Per Item patients.
  • Associates will have full clinical freedom.

Practice Details

  • Independently owned practice.
  • 3 surgery dental practice computerised with Pearl.
  • The practice provides Short Term Orthodontics, Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Endodontics with any additional skill sets welcome.
  • All surgeries are air-conditioned with the use of a CBCT 3D Image Scanner, Digital X rays, Rotary Endo, and Microscopes.
  • Access to iTero scanner for Invisalign and restorative.
  • Implant and Endodontic in-house & external referrals are available.
  • Principal Dentist, Treatment Co-ordinator, 2 hygienists and visiting Implantologist already in situ.
  • Free on street parking at Warrior Square, nearest Train station is St Leonards warrior Square less than 5 mins walking distance.
