ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with an established dental practice, is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist for a full-time or part-time position in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex.

  • Part‑time position, four days per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday available
  • Saturday mornings optional, one per month
  • Flexible UDA allocation £13 to £15 per UDA depending on experience
  • Excellent private earning potential
  • Established patient list to inherit from a departing colleague of seven years
  • Seven‑surgery independent mixed practice
  • Fully computerised with digital workflow iTero scanner, digital radiographs, OPG and CBCT scanner
  • Rotary endodontics and surgical microscope
  • Specialist orthodontic, endodontic and implant support on site
  • Funding and training grants available
  • Licenced for visa sponsorship if required

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established, modern and forward‑thinking independent practice in Shoreham-by-Sea, taking over an established and well‑maintained patient list from a long‑standing colleague who is relocating after seven years.

The practice is a seven‑surgery mixed NHS and private clinic with advanced digital workflows and excellent clinical support. Equipment includes iTero scanning, digital radiography, OPG, CBCT, rotary endodontics and a surgical microscope, supporting both routine and more complex treatment.

The clinical team offers a broad range of advanced treatments including implants, endodontics and orthodontics, creating excellent opportunities for professional development and private growth.

The practice also offers access to funded training and additional educational support.

The practice is seeking a friendly, reliable and communicative clinician who enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team environment and is committed to delivering excellent patient care.

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists with an active NHS performer number and experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
