Private Dentist and Clinical Leader - Portman Dentex York, York

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a dual clinical and leadership role within PortmanDentex, York combining 2–3 days of clinical practice with dedicated time to lead, influence, and help shape the future direction of the team. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands‑on patient care while playing a central role in how high‑quality care is delivered, how teams perform, and how the practice evolves.

With two clear pathways available, you can shape your role in a way that aligns with how you want to lead and contribute.

• Work 2–3 days per week clinically within the practice as an Associate Dentist
• Dedicate approximately 4 hours per week to leadership responsibilities within the Practice Clinical Lead function
• Combine hands‑on dentistry with protected time to support team development, clinical standards, and practice performance
• Flexibility to shape your contribution depending on the pathway you choose and practice requirements
