Private Dentist Jobs in Ipswich, Suffolk. INDEPENDENT. High private demand, immediate busy diary, excellent opportunity to develop clear aligner treatments.
ZEST Dental Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Private Associate Dentist for an established private dental practice in Ipswich, Suffolk.
- Part-time Private Associate Dentist, initially one day per week
- Busy private diary available from day one
- 45% fee split
- Expected to increase from one day to two days per week within a short period
- Excellent opportunity to develop clear aligner and cosmetic treatments
- Modern five-surgery practice with scanners, OPG, lasers and specialist support
- Permanent position
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Associate Dentist to join a highly regarded private practice in Ipswich. The practice is experiencing significant patient demand and is seeking an additional clinician to help accommodate continued growth.
Initially available for Fridays, the role is expected to increase to Thursdays and Fridays once the successful candidate has established themselves within the practice. The practice benefits from a strong and consistent flow of new patients, with all new patient assessments undertaken by the principal dentist before patients are allocated to the most appropriate clinician. As a result, the incoming associate can expect a busy diary from the outset, with excellent opportunities to establish a loyal patient base and develop long-term relationships.
The role offers a private workload, with approximately 90% private fee paying patients, and a small proportion of plan patients. This modern five-surgery practice is equipped with digital technology throughout, including Trios scanners, OPG imaging, lasers and Exact dental software.
The clinical team includes experienced general dentists, hygienists, specialist clinicians in endodontics, oral surgery and implant dentistry, as well as a dedicated treatment coordinator and experienced nursing support team. The practice would particularly welcome applications from dentists with experience in private practice and an interest in clear aligner therapy.
There is currently significant patient demand for aligner treatment, much of which is referred externally, creating an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to develop this aspect of their practice. Strong restorative skills and an ability to build excellent patient relationships are also highly valued.
Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
