Associate Dentist – Guildford, Surrey | 80% Private Practice | Established Patient List
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in Guildford to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician to inherit an established patient list from a retiring Principal Dentist within a predominantly private practice offering strong earning potential and specialist support.
Position Details
- Available immediately with notice periods taken into consideration
- Permanent part‑time opportunity
- Surgery space:
- Thursday & Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Potential to offer Tuesdays in addition
- Opportunity to start 1-2 days per week immediately
- 900-1,000 UDAs per annum
- £12.50 per UDA
- Practice mix of approximately 20% NHS / 80% Private
- 45% split on private revenue
- Approximate private gross income of £25,000-£30,000 per month gross based on current performance (FTE)
- Monthly pay
- Taking over the established patient list of the former Principal Dentist, who retired in April 2026
About the Role
- Suitable for a General Dentist with a minimum of 5 years' experience in mixed and private practice
- Excellent opportunity to grow private income within an established patient base
- Interest or experience in the following would be advantageous:
