Are you a passionate Paediatric Dentist who loves making a difference in children’s lives? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our growing dental team at Smile Design by Ash in Chigwell. With an increasing number of children presenting with dental decay, enamel defects, dental anxiety, and complex oral health needs, we are expanding our services to provide high-quality, child-focused dental care. This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist who is passionate about improving children's oral health outcomes and creating positive dental experiences that encourage lifelong healthy habits.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Initially working 1-2 times per month on a Wednesday and/or Saturday
- Diagnosing, preventing, and treating oral health conditions whilst delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care for children of all ages, from prevention to restoration
- Supporting anxious or nervous patients with a gentle, compassionate approach
- Carrying out a wide range of treatments including fissure sealants, fillings, pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, and extractions
- Promoting positive oral health habits through education and engaging communication with patients and parents
- Working collaboratively with general dentists, hygienists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide an outstanding patient journey from start to finish
