Private Associate Dentist – Chatham, Kent

Kent Smile Studio is seeking an experienced Private Associate Dentist to join our modern, fully private practice in Chatham, Kent, working 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday).

This is a permanent position, available from September 2025, due to an associate relocating to another branch within our group.

As a family-run dental practice, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our location is easily accessible from Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester, Maidstone, Dartford, Bromley, and South East London.

About the Practice

  • Six modern, spacious surgeries

Existing Private Patient Base

We have an established marketing presence through local advertising and digital channels, generating a steady flow of new private patients. The practice enjoys an excellent reputation, reflected in our outstanding online reviews and loyal patient base.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' UK clinical experience
  • Experience working in a private dental environment
  • Strong skills in composite bonding
  • Experience with short-term orthodontics/Invisalign
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, ethical dentistry
