About the Role
Role Responsibilities
- Third-Party Takedown Programme: Optimise efficiency and impact by outsourcing NTD tasks and proposing development improvements.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide expertise to enforcement agencies, trade bodies, and internal teams.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in anti-piracy, IP, enforcement, or IT/internet sectors.
- Solid IP law knowledge (Copyright, DMCA, Ecommerce Directive); some Trademark law.
- Familiarity with internet infrastructure (CDNs, hosting, registrars).
- OSINT capabilities; cybersecurity and incident management knowledge, including firewall management, network and traffic analysis.
- Coding skills (Python/SQL); BI tools (e.g. Looker Studio).
- Strong data handling, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Language skills relevant to infringement regions.
- Relevant qualifications or proven track record in digital/physical anti-piracy.
- Media industry experience (especially publishing).
- Experience managing third-party services in anti-piracy.
