The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Support, build and maintain editorial processes and workflows, using a strong knowledge of editorial processes and to contribute proactively to workflow improvements.

Work with the Editorial Support and Production teams to ensure a smooth process for handover of manuscripts to Production.

  • Experience of working with editorial teams and supporting editorial workflows
  • Data analysis and reporting experience
  • Experience of leveraging technology to drive process optimisation and automation
  • Project management experience
  • Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency in key Microsoft 365 tools
  • Excellent and proven time management and organisational skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to act independently and take the initiative - a can-do approach, action-oriented and self-motivated

Degree: minimum of BSc level or higher, or significant working experience in a similar role.
