The Lead Activities Coordinator is a pivotal role within our care homes, responsible for enhancing the quality of life for residents through the development and implementation of engaging and meaningful activities. This position requires a passionate and creative individual who can design an inclusive activity programme that caters to the diverse interests and abilities of older adults.
