The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, hygiene and safety are maintained across all communal areas, resident bedrooms, and office spaces. They will lead a small team of housekeeping assistants delegating work, reviewing quality and cleaning their own specific rooms and communal areas. They will organise daily allocations of the team, support onboarding of new team members, carry out audits and stock checks, and ensure the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping function run smoothly and efficiently and meet all appropriate standards and regulations.

As a visible and approachable supervisor, they will take pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our residents, employees, and visitors, while building strong relationships across the home. The Housekeeping Supervisor will work in the office every Monday and will be responsible for cleaning their own specific rooms and communal areas for the rest of the week.
