A Care Assistant assists and supports residents using a person-centred approach in a wide range of daily activities so that they can achieve optimum wellbeing, independence, self-expression and fulfilment. The Care Assistant will strive to provide all residents, their relatives or representatives, volunteers, external visitors and colleagues, with a positive customer experience and uphold the reputation of Springdene Care Homes Group as a caring professional service provider.
The Company
The Springdene Group have been caring for their local communities since 1969 and offer luxurious, state-of-the art care across three homes.
Our founders were inspired by a radical approach to care of the elderly, taking the view that psychological, physical and environmental stimulation would promote a longer, healthier and happier life.
We’re still owned and managed by the same family today, with these identical core values being built upon for generations. You only need to look at our testimonials and our reputation in the local community to see how high we stand.
But this reputation doesn’t come without the hard work and dedication of our specially selected staff – each one hand-picked and trained to the highest professional standards. Many come from nursing backgrounds and/or have extensive elderly care experience, incorporating valuable skills into the Springdene family.
