Main Responsibilities – Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

Provide safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with individual care plans and CQC standards

Support service users with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities

Assist in monitoring and recording observations such as temperature, pulse, and respiration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and report changes to senior staff

Work collaboratively with nurses, senior carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care delivery

Candidate Requirements

Experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with at least 12 months of UK care experience
