Senior Care Assistants not only help to provide care to our residents, but they also help to make residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity and respect, and care for them all as if they were part of your own family.

Skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Minimum of a Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience administering medication
  • Proven experience in a similar role

The Role

  • Supporting residents with personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Leading a team of care assistants and assisting the nurse in charge
  • Applying dressings as needed
  • Taking samples as required
  • Communicating with external sources such as Doctors and District Nurses

Our care team provides 24-hour care, with day shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and night shifts from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Typical Shift pattern for Night Contracts

Night Shift Contracts: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am

Requirements to apply

  • Two written references
  • A standard/enhanced DBS (Disclosures and Barring Service) depending on role
  • Evidence of a right to work in the UK
